This is retarded cuz now it explains why my phone and my laptop be randomly disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi. Apparently it's a "smart router" that detects how far ur device is, and if it's pretty close, it connects u to the 5GHZ network and if u move further away it connects u to the 2.4GHZ network. She said that Spectrum's new routers are "advanced routers" (which is bullshit LMAO) and that the 2.4GHZ and 5 GHZ networks are not separated anymore.
